In MIS course each students was assigned to explain one of Google tools in class some tools were new for me. In this course I have learned new tools such
as Google site, blog, Picasa, Google reader, Google finance, Google earth,
Google docs, Google chrome, ect..
The first tools I have learned is the Google
Docs. In this tools I have learned how to create the online survey and how to
create document and share it with others.
The online survey help us in our Industry project where we have assign
by our teacher to create online survey and send to students.
I learned also about the Google Site which is one of the easiest and
simplest procedures in creating a website. Google Sites made it easier
to set up my own site and customize it they way which I want.
I Know about Gmail which is an email service provided by Google and
it’s giving a free storage space reach 4 GB. Individual Gmail Massages,
including a big attachments up to 25 MB which is larger than the over Email
Service Support. This grate application can be installed on your phone.
I Knew about Google Chrome which is a fast and free web browser
developed by Google runs websites and applications with lightning speed.
I increase my information about Google Earth is which a tool allows you to fly
anywhere by viewing satellite imagery, maps, terrain, 3D buildings, from
galaxies in outer space to the canyons of the ocean.
I get some information about Google Search and there is two kind of search one is
Google Advanced Search and the Google Feature
I liked learning about Google picasa which is an image organizer and viewer it’s
used for organizing and editing digital photos and making movies in addition to
integrated photo sharing website in another way we can say that it is a web
album.
It was interesting to know about Tweeter and Facebook are a social network to share tweets, posts and photos with others.
To conclude, in this course I get the chance new
features which help me in my study such as create site, blog and I have gain
news skills in Google tools .
